Accommodations
A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved for the convenience of the seminar attendees at the Coeur d'Alene Resort. The seminar group rate is $129, $169 and $199 is available for traditional, deluxe and premier rooms. The rate is based on single or double occupancy is exclusive of any applicable sales/room tax. Room reservations made before April 1 will receive one free upgrade.

Download and fill out the registration form below then mail or fax to Lambert Gann Publishing Co along with your deposit. Participation is limited to 20 students. Registration deadline : April 30th, 2009.

Registration Fees
$9,500 for new students
$4,750 for returning students
The registration fee includes:

Payment Terms
50% deposit is required to hold an available seat and balance is due in full by April 30th, 2009. We accept checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover card. Make checks payable to : Lambert - Gann Publishing Co.
Refund Policy
To request a refund, please send a letter stating the registrant's name and the payment amount. There is a non-refundable service charge of $200 for processing refunds. Requests for registration refunds must be received by April 15, 2009. No requests for refunds will be accepted after this date.
